We support innovation and growth by helping grow next-level cultures

Innovation and growth doesn’t depend on tools or processes, it depends on the people who utilise those tools and processes.
How they feel, behave and interact every day is the ace up your sleeve.

We believe:

  • Innovation is anything new that adds value.
  • Innovation is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Culture is how people feel, behave and relate.
  • Culture is a system, it can be measured and intentionally developed.
  • Progress requires transparency, inclusivity and shared ownership.
  • Real change starts small and scales through consistent practice.
  • AI is a co-pilot, not the captain.
  • Innovation and culture are partners in progress.

Our vision: A world where
innovation isn’t a function,
it’s how work gets done.

We imagine organisations where innovation isn’t siloed or scheduled.
It’s embedded in how teams think, collaborate, and make decisions.
Where curiosity, courage and continuous learning are part of the cultural DNA.
Where AI supports, not replaces, human judgment.
And where culture isn’t just aligned with innovation, it fuels it.
That’s the future we’re building. And it’s what Emplify is made for.

Shared passion and pain.

We’re a curious mix - an optimistic creative, a business-savvy numbers guy, a sharp insights guru, and a French tech genius. United by a shared purpose: to help the world thrive by designing solutions that support social, economic, and environmental sustainability.

The story began when Craig and Euan met in the trenches of a agency-client relationship, and formed a close friendship; built on a shared passion for innovation, in its’ many forms, and a belief that empathy isn’t just nice to have, it’s essential to doing meaningful work.

Later, during the pandemic, Craig and Euan joined forces to create Breinchild—‘Brein’ for questioning the rules, ‘child’ for staying curious. Initially they envisioned Breinchild to be an innovation consultancy and ideation lab. But it didn’t take long to realise the bigger problem: innovation is vital for a sustainable future, yet most organisations struggle to do it well, or consistently.

So, they shelved a drawer full of promising product ideas and pivoted to focus on helping others innovate better.

Soon after, Jude joined the team; drawn in by Craig’s leap from agency life. Video chats during lockdown revealed a clear fit: shared values, especially empathy, made the connection obvious.

Then came Jean Philippe (JP), our first hire and now our fourth partner. His tech chops and thoughtful approach made him indispensable from day one.

Together, we have a vision: To be a global force for sustainable innovation. Our mission: To make innovation easier with mindful, playful, empathy-led solutions.

Three years later, we’ve built Emplify, a SaaS product designed to tackle one of the biggest but least tangible barriers to sustained innovation: culture. Culture is the invisible force feeding or stalling innovation and growth.
Understanding the problem and delivering the first step in our vision has been humbling.

For four experienced businesspeople, backing ourselves (figuratively and financially) has required grit, determination, and resilience. It’s been painful at time - we’ve sure made our share of mistakes, but each one has taught us something valuable.

And when we hear our customers talk about the value they’re getting out of Emplify, it makes every challenge incredibly worthwhile.

If innovation is your edge, culture is your engine.
